RETURNS POLICY

Returns Policy

  1. We want you to be completely happy with your Customs Athletic purchase however if you do need to return any non-personalised items for a refund please do so within 28 days of delivery to the Dreamsport Customer Services team.
  2. We will aim to refund you within 10 working days from date of receipt of the goods.
  3. If you wish to order an alternative garment or size, please order through our web site.
  4. Please send your return(s) to Dreamsport in their original packaging with all tags or labels intact. If your items have been damaged or altered in any way we will be unable to accept these as a return.
  5. We do not accept returns of personalised garments, unless the items are faulty.
  6. If you have received a faulty garment or wish to see a copy of our terms and conditions, please contact the Dreamsport Customer Services team by calling Customs Athletic on +44 (0) 115 7849517 or email info@customathletics.com

 

For UK Returns

  1. Please complete the Returns Form, include it in the package with your items and use the returns label provided.

  2. Take your parcel to your nearest Post Office, remembering to ask for a valid Proof of Postage as this may be required if your parcel is mislaid during delivery. 

    N.B. Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible if your returned item(s) are lost in transit without a valid Proof of Postage. We will need to be sent a scanned or hard copy in order to process a refund should the item go missing.

  3. For queries relating to any specific embellishment orders placed by our account team, please contact your account manager.

For International Returns

  1. For items returned from outside the UK you will be required to pay postage, however if the garments are faulty we will refund the postage cost based on the local rates charged by the Post Office provider for your country.
  2. Please complete the Returns Form and include it in the package with your items.
  3. Remember to ask for a valid Proof of Postage at the Post Office as this may be required if your parcel is mislaid during delivery.
  4. If you have purchased garments through a European based school or club site featured on playerlayer.com that offer a central collection point and wish to return an item, please place this in the original packaging (along with the returns paperwork displaying your name, address and order number) and take along to the relevant organisation to drop off. The school or club will then forward your return package to Dreamsport in the UK on your behalf. Please allow 14 days for any refund to be processed.
  5. If you wish to order an alternative garment or size, please re-order through your school or club site via your web account. Please note orders placed for European based schools and clubs are eligible for free delivery if sent to the school or club central collection point.
