We are collaborating with young artists of Jamaican heritage to celebrate our authentic partnership with Jamaica Rugby League.
Sarah Madden is a Leeds based artist, Illustrator, and designer.
She aims to inspire and empower individuals, focussing on themes of personal wellbeing in her work.
Describing her influences behind the Reggae Warriors design, Sarah tells us:
The people of Jamaica are my inspiration. I am 2nd generation; my first experience of Jamaica was through the stories told to me by its people - my family. I heard of the beautiful beaches, mango trees, the smell of salted ocean air and burning pimento wood, but for me, the real gem of Jamaica has always been, and still is, it’s people. The strong culture, diversity and unity of Jamaica is accredited to its laid-back, hospitable, and kind-natured people.
